I had an interesting situation to deal with a few months ago. My great aunt passed away and left our family with the monumental task of cleaning out her three story Victorian style home in NJ. She had been living in this house for almost 60 years. A large number of family members had grown up in the house and my great aunt kept everything that they left behind. The estate was full of junk that we needed to get rid of.

After some research we figured out that we had only a few options to get rid of the trash that had accumulated in her house over the last few decades. We could have an estate sale and just have people come in and buy some of the nicer pieces of furniture and appliances. That would help us make some money and get rid of some things. The other was to start loading up our cars and heading to the dump to get rid of everything. We would be hauling for days if we went that route.

There was always the option of calling a waste disposal company and having them drop off a huge, rusty old dumpster. From my experience remodeling my kitchen, I know what a hassle renting a dumpster is. I had my neighbors and friends bringing over their junk to throw in the dumpster. They didn't care that I had to pay for all that stuff. When you rent a dumpster you pay by weight to get rid of your junk. Sure they say you pay for up to two tons or so when they quote you the rate, but you cant judge what two tons is when its all piled up in the dumpster. Plus the day before they came to pick it up it rained all night. I'm sure I paid extra for all the water that soaked into everything they dumped.

Finally I found a great option. I didn't know there was a company that would come out and actually get rid of our junk for us. They came right in, hauled it out of the house and got rid of it for us. The best part was that they came the same day I called. The price was right too. It was less then renting a dumpster and we didn't have to even lift a finger. They cleaned out the entire estate from attic to basement. They even took some stuff from the garage and a bunch of old debris from the yard.

I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they cam in and cleaned up the estate. They made it easy for us to finish cleaning up the house and we were able to get it on the market super fast. I don't know how we would have done it without them. Their name really says it all. We Junk All.
