Trigonometry represents the meaning of measurement or solution of triangles
. Its a branch of mathematics that deals with the ratio between triangle and angels. It used to find heights, distances and location. There are three function sine (), cosine (), and tangent (). These are usually abbreviated sin () and cos (), tan () respectively, Here () is angle.

Trigonometry Rules:
Sines are valid for all triangles and are not limited to right triangle. Cosines are valid for all triangles irrespective of the angles. Right triangle.
The first rule of trigonometry is the law of sines where the function of sine is given by,
Sin () = opposite side/ hypotenuse side
The second rule of trigonometry is the law of cosines and is given by,
Cos () = adjacent side / hypotenuse side
The third rule of trigonometry is law of tangent and it is given by,
tan () = opposite side / adjacent side
tan () = sin ()/ cos ()
The below three rules of trigonometry are the reciprocals of the first three rules.
Cosec () is the reciprocal of Sin ()
Cosec () = hypotenuse side / opposite side = 1 / sin ()
Sec () is the reciprocal of Cos ()
Sec () = hypotenuse side / adjacent side = 1 / cos ()
Cot () is the reciprocal of tan ()
Cot () = adjacent side / opposite side y = 1 / tan ()
An angle is defined by rotating a ray about its end point and the beginning position of the ray is called as the initial side of the angle. The terminating position of the ray is called as the terminal side where the closing point of the ray is called as the vertex.
Angle in radians = s / r
Where s is the length of the arc and r is the radius of the circle.
Radian:
A radian is used to measure the angles. If no unit is specified while measuring the angle then it is assumed to be in radians.
