Last week, me and my wife decided to take a little break and went for a little trip with friends.

We spent 2 days in Colon. It's about 3 hours driving from where we live and this place is known by their thermal waters. This small town is growing up really fast because of the tourism.

The two attraction of Colon are the thermal waters resort and also the river. They did a great job trying to simulate the beach in the river, they put sand on the banks of the river with different activities you can enjoy.

We arrived there at lunch time so we decided to eat something before do any activity. So after the lunch we went directly to the thermal waters resort. I didn't like it at all! The place was nice but it was sooooooo crowdy that I didn't want to enter in any of their pools. I guess the rest didn't like it either because the next day we stayed about an hour on the "beach" and then we were all day long in the swimming pool of the place we were staying.

Hopefully it has swimming pool! haha! The four of us like quiet places where we can lounge, relax, have a conversation, rest and take a nap if we want to.

We had an amazing time there and I'd love to go back some other time with less people. Probably we will be going back in winter :)
