Trixstar Productions Turning The Normal Into Paranormal

Five people sit around a table amidst lists, floor plans

, photos, travel schedules, coffee cups and the remnants of Subway subs as they continue to hack through the thousands of details that make up the U.S Tour of Chip Coffey, acclaimed psychic medium, paranormal investigator, lecturer and writer, and star of A & Es Paranormal State, Psychic Kids: Children of the Paranormal and the author of Growing Up Psychic.

This is the Trixstar Productions team, a rising star in live event production and live event management. The four people are Mike Anderson, the baby faced President, Chris Schoengut, the impish geek who churns out complex digital design, Carmen Choney, the unflappable tour manager and celebrity handler, Trish Lane, the worry wart who coordinates logistics and also handles celebrity needs on tour and Michael Kryton, the team scribe and wordsmith responsible for script issues and media releases.

The worst thing is travel and getting stuff from A to B, like merchandise --- set pieces, posters, books, signed photos. For Mike Anderson, travel costs are one of the toughest things to control.

Chip Coffeys Tour, in its clever incarnation as Coffey Talk, will visit 15 cities across the US. In terms of live event coordinating and live Event management, the normal process takes on a paranormal scope. The team reviews various venue floor plans and stage plots to determine if the set pieces will set up properly. Meanwhile, travel arrangements are finalized and documents are drafted to ensure that the Canadian-based team gets across the border without any hitches.

The group also monitors advance ticket sales and adjusts the marketing and advertising strategy they are using on Facebook and Twitter. Press releases are prepared for the media across the country.

Kryton asks, Is that one ghost in this venue were talking about --- or a bunch of them?

Every venue Coffey appears in has reported hauntings. In addition to speaking to his audiences about his experiences as a psychic during his show, Coffey also does readings and investigations. Its a calorie rich diet for the paranormal appetite.
