Tropical North Queensland-an Area Worthy Of Further Exploration

The Queensland region of Australia is growing in popularity as more and more tourists visit the region for both business and pleasure

. An area that is perhaps the most natural on all the earth the Tropical North Queensland region seems to be one of the places where the history lies not only with the people of the region and the unique structures but even through the plants and animals that can still be seen here today.

Put some thought into traveling to this region, one of the most ideal ways to learn about it is to be exposed to and feel the artwork, stories and music of the Aborigines, the original culture to this area. All of their stories have roots here and is part of all the history. Here they are well respected and left to practice their beliefs, unlike other places treat their native peoples. Like the American Indian they have a respect for the land and believe in spirits, telling many stories about those who went before them. The stories are told in many ways, dance is one of the ways they pass these legends along.

So many of the stories provide ancestral information casting them as the battlers and soldiers who preceded them and helped to establish the heroes and legends who came before. There is deep respect for this culture and for the wildlife who live here amongst all the people who are here, this helps to bond the modern day natives to the Aborigines.

Since much of the land is unscathed by humans and their destruction this is a wonderful region that can truly help us learn more about the land before time, so to speak. It is an exciting world that helps us learn about the earth and how it existed millions of years ago.

Perhaps one of the only pure regions left with a culture and habitat that make the perfect natural classroom it is probably best left alone, uninhabited and unexplored. While there is always that temptation for further exploration to do so would risk the learning opportunity that the Tropical North Queensland presents to all its unique visitors.
