Troubleshoot Device Driver Errors 45-48 In Windows Xp

This error can be fixed by executing one of the following steps:

This error appears as: "The software for this device has been blocked from starting because it is known to have problems with Windows. Contact the hardware vendor for a new driver. (Code 48)"
