If you had promised free offers and gifts while they opted in, you should act on it fast and send them before the promised time. Trust plays a key role in online businesses and list building. List building is imperative for your online business as you can establish contacts with a larger number of potential customers personally.

Your chances of sales would also increase several folds as the user would slowly come to realize that you are trustworthy and an expert, while your product or service helps to solve their problems.
