I've taken long trips by car with a Costco size container of grape tomatoes as a snack to pop in my mouth in place of chips or M & M's.

Sure taking the time to eat a whole apple, or prepare other fruits for consumption takes time over drinking the juice- but the effects can contribute to thatbelly fat that you are trying to get rid of.
