then it's time to focus on making the most out of the 60s party supplies. Most people will find that it is now time to do some research and plan a party that will look like the 60s with flair and music in mind. This era was birth to a counterculture and a social revolution as well other issues that persisted in the latter half of the decade. Other events occurred as well during this period, all off which could be tied into the party with a 60s theme. However choosing to do all or nothing sometimes seems to fail. A great place to start will be to load up 60s music from various artist of the time and play their music during the party. Give the guests a break from the music after dinner and include a couple of movies from the same time.

Invite the guests to wear mop-top hair cuts on the guys, while the girls might go with beehives or very short hair as well. The attire might be something set to a beach with bikinis, shorts and mini skirts. This would be a long way from the more known hippies style of clothing that became popular during this decade. Optionally the rooms could be designed from various movies of the 60s that were popular back then such as, Mary Poppins, etc

Remember the party will only be as good as the 60s party supplies being used for the party. Have patience finding the right supplies for the party, don't settle for something that is not going to work with the plan.
