If you are doing a lot of cardio thinking it is the best way to get rid of fat, Turbulence Training will show you why this is a myth and weight training is the way to go.

I have been doing a lot of cardio hoping to shed some fat as I had become over weight over the years. I am in my mid 20s and because of working as a receptionist; a lot of people see me every day. It is embarrassing to catch people looking at my double chin! That's why I decided to lose some weight.

At first I tried some diets promising to make me thinner but all I got was reduced energy and even the weight I lost would come back after weeks. Then I tried doing cardio exercises every morning thinking this could be the way to a slimmer body. Sadly after all that hard work, I only had minimal results considering that I was working my butt off every day and doing all that running. It was so frustrating.

Then I found out about turbulence training. It claimed that cardio is not the best way to lose fat and weight training was the way to go. Of course I was skeptical as I thought that weight training would make my muscles bigger and nobody wants to see something like that on a small girl like me!

But still I tried it thinking that I had nothing to lose and it didn't cost that much compared to the gym membership and all the DVDs that I bought. So I followed the program religiously and did not over work my body as it said that it would be detrimental to my progress.

After 8 weeks, I had lost 13 lbs and I really do feel lighter! It was such a great feeling to see great results after working hard!

I highly recommend Turbulence Training to anyone who is having weight problems. It has helped me greatly and now I look forward to going to work every day knowing that my double chin is no more!
