Instead of thinking that you can sell fitness equipment for today, think about who you are trying to help. If you try to help people who want to lose weight, then focus on how to help them lose weight. It could be exercise equipment, it might be exercise videos on weight loss, it could be the diet plans, it can be walking groups, support agencies, and a bunch of other things that go with your training tool.

When you focus on how you can help the people you are trying to help, instead of that you may have to buy your solution, make you come back to you again and again. If you think the problem, your customers, there are many solutions you can offer them. If you think about how to sell the product or service that you already have, then you miss all the other options to help your clients and do more business.

The best of the market is a market for existing

Say you have your thinking in the right direction, and you're focused on all the ways you can help a certain group of people. Where do you find them?


The absolute cheapest you have is your existing customers. Think about it. You already know who they are. You already know how to reach them. Hope you like they already have because you did a great job for them before.

So before you rush out and buy advertising to cover the whole city, take a look at the customers you already have and see if there is anything you can offer them. You might not need to run an expensive advertising campaign. You may be able to send a flyer for people who are already struggling with you. You may be able to give them some information the next time they come into your store. The best, most accessible place to find new opportunities with the customers you already have. Discover the other they need and get it for them.

Put the problems before your customers your products and services in your mind, from the customers they already have. When you focus on the market first and the second solution, the profit potential is endless.
