I'm a regular high school going boy. I was encountering from severe anxiety and panic attacks, whenever i was alone in my room alone. I just don't used to feel confident.
Now i am going to tell you some of the techniques i used from internet and they really benefited me to decrease my anxiety over a course of time. TIP 1: Meditation- recognized as one of the most capable method.
TIP 2: Count 1-10 backwards, this technique was used by me when i was kid ( i was troubled then also).
TIP 3: Take deep breaths.
These are very normal techniques used by crowd but you tend to dis remember these when you are suffering from anxiety. In the technique i am acknowledging to you, you learn how to apply yourself. See this is a kind of SELF HELP. Many people suffer from shortness of breath and depression, you can cure all these by just spending a little bit of amount.
This technique can surely modify your life for good as it has done mine.. and is definitely worth it.
