Tvs motor, Indias leading two wheeler manufacturer recently displayed its new model TVS Velocity 160 at the motorcycle show of Jakarta

. It is being expected that TVS Velocity 16o will be released by June or July 2011 in India. There is no official announcement has been made about the launch till date. It is also imagined that the TVS Velocity 160 will be available in two colors like black and orange with an affordable price of Rupees 80000. The new model of this motor bike is just a modified version of the famous TVS Apache RTR 160.The TVS also looks like to the Yamaha FZ 16 from the view of front side. The advanced engine of this motor bike is very efficient and enough to generate eloquent power and beating torque. The TVS Velocity 160 has the designed headlamp with eye catching style, which gives it an impressive look. The body of TVS Velocity 160 is equipped with the plastic frame of muscular body colored that gives it a splendid look.

The TVS Velocity 160 has a digital dashboard with consist of the various digital meters like trip meter, digital gauge of fuel and a speedometer. This motor bike has a back light, which is equipped with the short and sharp tail, which provides it a look of rough bike from the view of back side. The TVS Velocity is equipped with the long silencer of stylish and black colored, which provides it an image of sports motor bike. This motor bike has a seat for two persons with the design like curved seat. The TVS Velocity 160 is equipped with the engine of 4 Stroke, Single Cylinder engine with the displacement 159.7cc and the advanced cooling system of air cooled. The TVS Velocity 160 has a powerful engine, which can able to generate the maximum power of 15.2bhp at the rate of 8500 Rpm and the maximum torque is 13.1 Nm at the rate of 6000 Rpm. This motor bike has a power plant, which helps to generate the consistent and amazing performance of smooth riding on the road.

The TVS velocity has the both options of kick and electric start for ignition start. This motor bike is imagined to be provided the mileage of 60 kilometers per liter approximately. There are two amazing colors of this motor bike are available in the Indian automotive market like sunset yellow body and the midnight black colour. The front suspension of this motor bike is equipped with the upside down forks and the rear one is with the mono shocks absorbers.
