Frankly, this is the most creative interface Ive ever seen for Twitter account management. When I first saw it I did not expect that much more than provide a popup window to send to Twitter. It is a fully-featured Twitter client right in your inbox! I saw what a big hit in the corporate world especially for people who are forced to warble for the company they work for. Almost everyone familiar with Outlook, and it undoubtedly reduces the learning curve. Not that Twitter is difficult to use, but it makes them feel no different than sending a short e-mail.
