. This is such kind of business in which you are selling products from different companies to different customers and earning commission for every sale that you make. If a customer likes some product, he clicks on it for details from where that customer is directed to merchants website. All the information about that product is available on merchants website and customer can now buy that product by paying the charges to merchants website. You will receive your commission for that sale.
Basically there are two types of Affiliate marketing.
1.Simple Affiliate marketing
2.Multi level Marketing
Simple Affiliate marketing:
In this type of marketing you are on your own with the merchant and you are selling different products from your website. You will get commission on every product that you sell there is no third party involved in this product. You are earning on all those products that you are selling. The commission for selling a product is fixed and whenever you hit a sale, you get paid by the merchant. The commission varies from company to company. You can earn minimum 40% and maximum 75% of the products price in this way. So you have to do continuous marketing to avail more and more sales from your website. Since you are directly connected to the merchant for getting commission so there are no hassles and you will receive your earning directly from the merchant. However this is not the only way to do Affiliate marketing. There is another method which is very much effective in this field and can earn you a handsome income even if you are not selling anything from your website.
Multi level Marketing:
This is the most effective and advanced method of doing marketing. In this Multi level marketing you have a down line of sellers and when ever any one from your down line sells anything you get a percentage of that sale because that person is in your down line. In this way even if you are not selling any thing by yourself you can still earn a handsome income because people in your down line are selling products. If you want to make a good amount of money by multi level marketing then you must have a strong down line of sellers. These sellers in your down line will sell products for their own commission but in return you will be receiving commission on every product they sell. Usually these commissions are not huge enough but they are still worthy because you are not doing anything to make these commissions.
