"I think I've always had [great cardio]," Velasquez said. "It's just always been one of my strong points. "In college wrestling, I wrestled against bigger guys, and I needed to rely on that. So I've always known that [my cardio] been a little bit better than others, and I've definitely used it to push the pace."
