Unable To Complete Outlook Express Folder Compaction

Compacting Outlook Express folders can often remove mild corruption

. In versions earlier to Windows XP SP2, the application includes a background compaction feature, which automatically starts compacting the folders whenever the application sits idle. But this can ironically bring corruption to the folders. For this reason, this feature has been removed in the later Windows versions. You should repeat this process for each DBX folder to determine the problematic folder-start with Folders.dbx.
