Dreams and visions are a way of God communicating to us. Their is virtually no man on earth who does not dream, the difference among men is the rate or frequency at which we all dream. Dreams have a way of affecting us individually and how much of importance we attach to our dreams depends on how significant they are to us or how much they have impacted us.

Dreams convey to us messages relating to our lives, relationships, enviroment, community, and the world at large. Where understanding is lacking, these messages present themselves as mysteries unsolved. I cannot recall how many people have told me of the dreams they had in times past. These same people though, are unable to tell what the Lord was saying in their dreams.

Many cannot remember what their dreams or visions were. Many have been deceived with wrong interpretations and have been made to follow wrong directions. Many have interpreted their dreams with their own understanding and have met with failures through ignorance, lack of knowledge and lack of proper training. Those endowed with wisdom, knowledge, understanding and revelation upon whom the Spirit of the Lord rests, are able to relay to us the mind of God in our dreams and visions.

The lack of knowledge and spiritual insight is the sole reason for attaching less importance to dreams and visions interpretations. We can know what the Lord is saying to us in our dreams and visions if we put our hearts to the same, learn the art and skills of interpretations or share with those who have insight about dreams and visions interpretations.

Dreams and visions are dark sayings with meanings so hidden that the dreamers are sometimes left restless until meanings are found. Kings have ruled through dreams and many unfortunate circumstances averted. Wealth, health and fortunes have been created through understanding of dreams and visions. It is that part of us we cannot live without. Dreams and visions are powerful and reliable mean of communication. A medium so powerful today as in the bible days. To seek understanding is therefore a wise thing.
