* Use light layers of garments with natural fibers such as cotton.

* Keep your bedroom cool at night.

* Conduct deep, slow abdominal breathing for 15 minutes at nighttime in the attack of hot flashes.

* Try to chill pillows because lying on cooler pillows may be beneficial to keep you cool.
