5) Avoid wearing clothes that are too tight as they add extra pressure on the chest.
Such simple lifestyle changes can eliminate symptoms of heartburn in most people. For frequent heartburn sufferers, other alternatives methods may be necessary to find the answer. Serious illnesses can occur if heartburn is neglected. Esophageal cancer can occur if the esophagus is continually touch by stomach acid.
