We have heard so many stories of unity in strength and whenever there is unity, it always wins. These all stories reflect the true thing as it helps you to know that when you are united, it brings best out of you. Today, we all are engaged in our office jobs and we are involved in to our team that may be comprise around 7-10 people. If every person thinks in different direction, then surely that team is not going to succeed and neither the project is going to succeed on, which they are working. Every company wants their employees to be best and work in togetherness. This is the reason many company come up with their own Team Building activities training being provided to their employees. We can just know about some major Team Building Activities that help in strengthening any team.
1) Blindfold hunt: This is one of the team building activities that can be played either indoors or outdoors. In this activity, the things are scattered all around. There are two people, one person is blindfolded and he has to find all the objects while the other partner makes him understand the direction towards the objects. This is just a verbal explanation of the Team Building Games.
2) Narrating Stories: This is an interesting team building activities where all your creativities ideas come in to action. You are provided a picture and you have to make a story out of it and help other participants guess about it. Every member is given different pictures and the story has to be revealed by everyone.
3) Problem solving exercise: There can be many activities that you need to play in order to solve any puzzle. This also focus on all groups working together to get the answer. This shows unity again.
