University of Wisconsin is one of the largest in the state

. According to the statistics it is home for over 42,000 students. Being established in 1848, the university is pretty prolific nowadays. Many people come here to study and receive a great degree on various subjects. University of Wisconsin is engaged in various sports activities and athletics. Despite of the fact connected with fire of 1916, the one destroying the university main buildings dome, the university still looks excellent. Many new halls were built on the university campus. Great number of student come here for studying. In other words studying in this university makes a person proud of the activity.

Main alumni association activity of the University of Wisconsin is connected with playing three types of sport:

1.Baseball. This type of activity is the most important one due to the fact of the Wisconsins strong team and its traditions. Many people from various backgrounds and origins come here to play baseball and study in the university all at the same time. Some of them are provided with full-time baseball scholarships. The fact speaks in favor of both the university and its students.

2.Basketball. Basketball is another game, Wisconsin University students are concerned with. It makes this fact very important. Playing basketball on the international level may help the students make name for them and become promising coaches in the future.

3.Ice hockey. This type of sport is one of the toughest. Also it is considered to be very special because people possess knowledge about ice hockey anywhere in the world. Playing ice hockey is able to make a person a successful sportsman and a future coach. Playing it very well a person is able to support him/her financial all the way through studying in the university.
