A public university that is located in Livingston in the state of Alabama in United States, University of West Alabama was founded in 1835. Serving students in several academic divisions, the university has assumed a place of significance in higher education in Alabama.

Campus and Enrollment Features

With a campus spanning over 600 acres of land, the university serves students offering regular and associate degrees in bachelor, master's degrees as well as specialist educational degrees. It participates in all sports except two of the events. Men's and women's rodeo teams compete in Ozark Region of National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association.
