B.O.D Incubator

BOD incubator is widely used for day to day bacteriological and bio chemical oxygen demand determination tests in various laboratory applications. A B.O.D incubator is energy efficient, has a long life and is easy to maintain. These incubators are double walled construction units. The outer body of these incubators is constructed out of thick PCRC sheet duly pre- created with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. On the contrary, the inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. Apart from the double walled construction, these incubators are also provided with two doors. The inner door is made of thick plexi glass/float glass, to view the specimens without disturbing the temperature of the chamber. The outer door is made of mild steel sheet with the coating of stainless steel from inside. The door is provided with lock and key arrangement. Besides the lock key arrangement, B.O.D provides the facility of program recording interval with various options to suit individual requirement.

Bacteriological incubators are double walled with outer body constructed out of thick PRCC sheet pre treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly power coated. Bacteriological incubators can be maintained easily, have a long life and are versatile when it comes to usage. The unit is even provided with a sturdy steel frame and castor wheels for the easy movement inside a laboratory. It is even provided with the feature to adjust or select baud rate for any serial communication port. The system even has user friendly software which obtains and facilitates data.
