1. Go to http://support.creative.com/

2. Click on Sound Blaster

(If you need help identifying your card go to Start > Search Bar > type in Device Manager > click Continue > click the + next to Sound, video, and game controllers and find the model of Sound Blaster there.) Make sure to take note of where you save the driver.

4. Go to Start

5. Go to the Search Bar

6. Type in Device Manager

7. When the window pops up click Continue

8. Click the + next to Sound, video, and game controllers

9. Double click the Sound Blaster device

10. Click the Update Driver button

11. Choose to Browse your computer for the drive location and direct it to where you saved the driver

12. At this point, your computer may want to restart to get the driver fully installed. We suggest you let it do so immediately.
