Use Essential Oils?
The plant species of plants are naturally active
. In contrast to synthetic products, they have indisputable guarantees of efficiency, hygiene and health.

Oral:
The internal environment (stomach, intestines) is one that allows an instantaneous radiation if not immediately active principles of natural essences of plants. It goes without saying that a few drops rapidly ingested provide evidence of effects. Take 5-15 drops of the mixture in hot water or herbal tea, 3-4 times per day.
Although the plant species, by their very pronounced flavor, are not always very pleasant to take, it is less advised to take the pure essential oils in a warm milk with honey, yogurt, or less, on a sugar, which is possible, however, employment is up by 2 drops 3 times a day, and this still depends on Essential Oils used because some are toxic (those containing ketones: cedar, hyssop ..).
- For children: reduce by half.
- In aerosol: by evaporation in a diffuser, inhaling the essential oils on a handkerchief, a pair of pajamas on the cloth of a child.
- Inhalation, 5-10 drops of oil in water at 45 while breathing deeply.
In IADE a small device capture, traditional type inhaler, the smell of plant species, and energized by steam, will be more effective because penetrating almost instantly.
It is recommended after inhalation not out in the cold.

- By spraying:
Dilute in warm water at 45 , the plant species selected and then proceed to spray using a device (simple) appropriate. The alcoholic solution by species allows a better dilution in hot water. The dosage alcohol plant essence giving the best distribution is: half gasoline, half alcohol.
In an emergency, using a handkerchief or fleece pad, dabbing the plant species chosen and proceed by repeated tapping.
