Finally, one helpful person told me that there was a used car dealership that just opened a week ago. They specialized in helping people with bad credit, able to come up with a low down payment, and who were employed. I got the necessary information, and had my neighbor give us a ride to this place. Friendly atmosphere, fairly good number of vehicles on the lot, and I drove away the car that day.
