First: decide the option of conference calling you prefer to use

There are some options you can choose from including automatic dial-in which allows you to dial a certain numbers and you can automatically be connected. The second option is operator-assisted dialing which allows you to call each member with the assistance of an operator from AT&T. the other option is operator-dialed connection which allows you to provide numbers of each member to the operator and then the operator will connect them to you.

Second two: dial the number of conference call

It is only if you choose the first option provided, automatic dial-in. make sure that the member can dial the number of conference call at the prearranged time. On the other hand, if you choose another option, you have to make sure that each of the members is with their phones so that they are able to receive the call at the appointed time.

Third: make sure that all the members are with their phone by the appointed time

You have to instruct the members of the conference to be by phone at the predetermined time in order to be able to receive the call if you choose operator-dialed connection or the operator-assisted dialing. Also, when the conference has ended, you have to instruct them to hang up the phone.

In addition, if you need an additional member or you want to reconnect with the members who is disconnected accidentally, you cam make them dial in (for using automatic dial-in option). Instead, you can also call them and have them added to the conference call just like the original members.
