Using Kettlebells For Bodybuilding Exercises

, many of the bodybuilding exercises you perform will start to get boring, or tired. Worse than that, your muscles might begin to think the same thing. The result is that you will reach a plateau that you can't work your way out of, and you will struggle to make any progress. To break out of your muscle building rut, consider using Kettlebells for bodybuilding exercises.
Kettlebells are starting to catch on for use with bodybuilding exercises. If you've never seen them before, imagine a cannonball with a thick handle at the top. The way they are designed will force your body to work harder to complete the same moves you could perform with dumbbells and barbells, and you'll be targeting your muscles in new ways that will be guaranteed to stimulate muscle growth and blast you out of your plateau.
Why using Kettlebells for bodybuilding exercises are so effective for muscle building? To begin with, because most people have never used them before, there is immediate room for growth and improvement. Additionally, the design of kettlebells forces you to work harder. The handle is thicker than you will be accustomed to, limiting your strength, grip and range of motion. Additionally, the weight is collected in one ball, as opposed to two sides of a dumbbell or two plates at separate ends of a barbell. The result is a much different and more difficult center of gravity to work with. You will be using stabilizing muscles you never knew you had to compensate, and your main muscle groups will be torched from the intensity.
So which kind of bodybuilding exercises can you use kettlebells for, and how can you get them done? The truth is that you can use kettlbells for any muscle building routine that you want. All exercises can be changed to be compatible with these. For example, you could perform a variety of squats by holding either one kettlebell in front of your chest, holding one in each hand with your arms straight or by holding one in each hand raised to chest level. You can even turn up the heat and blast your core at the same time by performing squats with two kettlebells raised above your head.
One classic muscle building move you can do with kettlebells is the power clean. You can perform this with either one or two kettlebells. To perform it with one arm at a time, place a kettlebell between your legs and grab it with one hand with an overhand grip. Swing it back between your legs and then as you begin standing up, swing it forward using your legs and hips.
Once it's raised to chest level bring your forearm towards your chest, open up your palm to allow the weight to change sides and swing the weight so it ends up resting on your bicep. From this position you can also choose to continue the movement to a press, extending your arm straight overhead before lowering the weight and repeating the entire movement again.
These are just a few examples of how using Kettlebells for bodybuilding exercisesare so effective for muscle building. All of the bodybuilding exercises you know and love can be performed with kettlebells. Because of their different design, you will work harder, and you will break through your pain plateau, caused by the boring routine you've been doing for all those years.
