Basically if you give them a nice polo or a cool looking t-shirt with the company info on it, they will be wearing it to and from work. Wherever they stop, they are advertising for you.

You can have the people that will be wearing these shirts, hats, and jackets, help you design them and pick the styles. You can even use a variety of styles if they all have either the same color or the same logo and printing. If you give people a chance to make some of these decisions they will feel a whole lot better about wearing them. You could even set them up with items that can be used away from work, getting even more advertising for your company.
