They will still have the problem of providing fresh content, as duplicate content doesn't rank well but even so it would help fill out their blog. Knowing that people will use your content this way you should include your own web address in every blog post, as this will inform their readers where the content came from, and mean they are giving you a backlink. There are many different techniques that can be used to boost your website traffic, though I think one of the easiest is the RSS feed. By setting these simple to do RSS feeds up, and submitting your address to a good number of aggregators, you instantly boost your linking power.
