VPAs can basically function like your own personal secretary, only that you don't see them around in your office, more so in your home. They do their jobs in the comfort of their own home. All you need to do is emphasize to them the obligations that need to be done. Because of the novel concept (everybody would definitely like to work in their own home) and the money that is coming just for being a VPA, this, by far, is one of the most popular and in-demand professions on the World Wide Web.
