Vacationing Firsts In Florida And Key West

My friends and I never agree on anything

My friends and I never agree on anything. We are great friends and always have fun together with whatever we do, but deciding what we want to do is always a hassle. I have been a part of trying numerous times to plan an adventure of sorts, whether it be just a night out close to home or a trip to some unknown destination.

Every time we get together to try this, we can never plan it in just a short amount of time. There is a lot of debating, arguing, ideas, and people putting others down because someone else came up with an idea that they absolutely hated.

The first time we ever agreed on something was this last getaway week we planned. We new we wanted to go to one of three places: California, Mexico, or Florida. We wanted to see at least one of those popular vacation spots together to celebrate completing school.

When we split up to research all of the spots we werent sure where it was going to get us and if it was going to put one above the rest. We got back together to decide and for once in our lives we had a clear winnerFlorida.

What made us decide on Florida was the fact that we could go to Disney, the beaches, and the closer was definitely because we could take a day tour from Miami to Key West. So not only would we be seeing Florida, but we could also go the Keys for a day.

Who doesnt love going to an island? Islands were not on our list because we didnt think we could afford it, but we were wrong. We found half price tickets from Miami to Key West that also included a whole bunch of add-ons that you could choose from.

We set the date, packed our bags, and set off to begin our epic vacation. It was the best vacation we had ever taken together. We were all trying to enjoy it and get the most out of it, so we tried a whole bunch of rides for the first time in Orlando (including the Tower of Terror which we had heard about since we were kids), went to many Key West tours as the scuba diving and snorkeling, and even tried a ghost tour.

Our trip from Miami to Key West was amazing! We enjoyed ever minute of it. Every beach we went to, every new thing we tried, every historic site we saw made the whole trip worth it. We all got something out of this trip. Perhaps that was why there was no one battling to go against it and see somewhere else.

Our trip to Florida and the Keys had something for everyone and nightlife to go along with it. We made the experience last and it is one we definitely will not forget. We were together on this one and it wasnt that expensive of a trip either, surprisingly.
