Various Hand Controls For Disabled People Part Ii
Here is the second part of previous article various hand controls for disabled People
. We are continuing with some other types of stationary brakes.
911FST "F1" Stationary Mechanical Brake
The F1 stationary mechanical brake lever is the latest addition to the progressive technology of Guido simplex's hand control devices. It is an ingenious and brilliant solution unlike other mechanical floor levers, only the handgrip part of the lever moves and the main body of the lever remains stationary. There is no friction on the legs of the driver and moving the seat to different positions will not interfere with the functionality of the lever. The F1 lever is mounted on top of the vehicle's floor allowing free space under the steering wheel giving easy ingress and egress for the driver. The telescopic and tilt functions of the steering wheel remain unchanged. The F1 stationary mechanical brake lever comes in 4 different colors of leather and can be combined with the 898B secondary function device (horn, lights and directional switches).
