CBSE is the abbreviation for the Central Board for Secondary education that is an

education board and sets the syllabus for public as well as private schools in India. The examination papers for standard 1-9 and 11 are set internally by the respective school teachers of the schools only, but the papers for standard 10 and 12 are set by the CBSE.
