Vertfreak 101 - Here's a Program That Can Add Inches to an Athlete's Jump

A lot of athletes have been playing sports since they were three years old, maybe even younger than that. There are athletes who have been playing basketball since they were in elementary. They love the sport and yet still, they can't dunk. Its understandable because dunking isn't an ability you're born being able to do. It doesn't matter how fast you run to the hoop or how hard you grip the ball, if you don't improve your vertical jump then you shouldn't even consider dunking.

Vertfreak 101 is a program created to help athletes increase their vertical jump and the program is now in its second version. Those of us who have a passion for sports don't know that there are many products that we don't know about that are being used by tons of athletes already who have the same goal as us. That goal is to get better in the respective sport we have chosen to be in. Adam Linkenauger is the creator of the program and he is constantly updating for the members of the program.

Adam went from a scrawny high school sophomore to a 7 time ACC high jump champion, and a winner of the National Powerade Dunk Contest. He wanted to create a program that helped other athletes like himself who know that they are pointlessly doing exercises and drills to increase their vertical jump. Vertfreak 101 is a 350 page vertical jump training guide filled with drills and exercises designed to show an athlete how to increase their vertical jump. The program lasts for 12 weeks and it also has over 180 videos that show how to do each drill and workout the right way so that the athlete avoids injuries and actually gets the results they want to see.

Personally, I liked the fact that there is a forum of people who have used the program and share their thoughts and ideas on how to use it. They also give their success stories about using the program. I also liked that Adam's program was talked about on ESPN and also that it had a money back guarantee just in case the athlete doesn't have success using it. Adam makes it a priority to point out that if the athlete doesn't follow the program and put in the hard work, they shouldn't expect to see results.

I also liked that there are 300 different ways to go about finishing the 12 week program at different paces and still get great results. If there's an athlete who is trying to improve their vertical jump, Vertfreak 101 is worth getting or at least considering.
