Very Hard Working Mums - Fragile Aren't We?

Being a 50 yr old working momma of three children now aged 14, seventeen & 23, I remember much too good the conflict of proceeding back to work just after my first son came into this world in 1986. I was never at peace. When ever I was home I was feeling I'd been slacking with my work duties. While I was at the office I missed my baby boy. I've discovered, as the years have moved on, we women are surely the much stronger gender. We've got the power to manage almost everything, family home, job, friends and family, and, oh yes, look extraordinary all at the same time.

My suggestions is to grant your self a break. Nothing at all is improper with your feelings, regardless of how ridiculous you're feeling at times. I've discovered that many of the best children have been brought up by gainfully employed moms. Mothers who build and maintain an occupation also preserve a healthy feeling of self. This may insure a woman to deliver a much more realistic approach in to child-rearing, notably as a girl or boy ages and matures. The person who's spent time outside the home and handles real life on a day after day basis could possibly be better prepared to catch the left hooks which often be tossed at us. Parenting is rarely a fairy tail. I really like a line I heard in the movie Parenting: "...life is messy" Humorous but don't you think it's the truth.

I also find that a daily work out is a wonderful tactic to clear the mind. Do this: Sit up upright, take in air through your nose and let out your breath through your mouth, lower your shoulders, relax your neck then take a minute to stretch. Don't forget, never stop movin'!
