Vibrational Healing

Vibrational healing or energy medicine is a form of alternative medicine that heals illnesses through sound or music

. This healing approach, modern as it may sound, has been in existence for years trough varied forms. Therapeutic music is commonly used in massage and other therapeutic sessions to help the mind relax.

The modern vibrational healing method became a forefront in the western community and medical practice when certain vibrational tools were developed, which are sophisticated enough to gauge how and why this method of healing works.

After many years of study about human energy, Chinese scientists discovered that humans do not only have veins and nerves in the body, but also meridians - energy lines. If a person's flow of energy in the meridians is fine and smooth, he is considered healthy. Otherwise, a person is prone to diseases when the energy flow is blocked. With the use of Kirlian, a special photographic equipment, the energy field and the energy centers in the body can now be seen.

Vibrational healing can be done in many different ways. Practitioners of this healing approach can use their voice, or play musical instrument or CD's when dealing with clients. They can also use a sound chamber - a special bed with speakers and circuits where the music or sound wave flows through and vibrates to the entire body of the person lying in it.

On the other hand, other instruments like the Tibetan singing bowl and tingshaws are used in yoga and other meditative exercises. When hit, these instruments produce vibration that helps the mind focus while unclogging the blocked energy lines.

Vibrational healing can take place wherever there is enough frequency of sound waves that vibrate to the body of a person. So it is advisable that a person will keep himself exposed to high frequency of sound as often as possible.
