ViewSonic(R) Corp. introduces the latest addition to its LCD TV portfolio with the 3-in-1 22-inch, N2201w LCD HDTV/DVD combo to accommodate the growing popularity of small screen dual-purpose displays. At less than $500, the N2201w is an ideal choice for thrifty shoppers as the holiday season approaches with PC capabilities and built-in DVD player, which is placed on the side of the TV for a convenient, streamlined appearance and multi-functionality.

The N2201w is perfect for environments where space is at a premium and various mediums are used--from the dorm room and bedroom to an RV or office--providing 1080i high-definition digital video and outstanding picture quality for an entertainment experience like no other. As analog televisions are being replaced throughout the home to prepare for the digital transition next February, the N2201w will give consumers a feature rich and reasonably priced option that will be compatible after the changeover.

The N2201w features multiple inputs, including ATSC/NTSC/QAM digital TV tuner and HDMI, for connecting to high-definition video and gaming consoles, camcorders, cable or satellite boxes and digital media players. A PC input is also provided for connecting computer sources.

Available now through participating ViewSonic retailers, resellers, distributors and mail order outlets for an estimated street price of $429, the N2201w is backed by a one-year limited warranty on parts, labor and backlight. Optional two- or three-year extended warranties are also available. ViewSonic offers toll-free technical support, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, excluding major U.S. holidays.
