When were babies, we knew the proper way to breathe and did so naturally. We benefitted from that. As we grow up though, many of us forget to do so or learn bad habits in breathing due to high stress situations and other factors. Re-learning the proper breathing techniques is important to vision improvement and health. Breathing properly promotes good oxygen flow throughout the body and in turn allows the eyes to function optimally!

It is a little known fact that breathing properly is one of the key treatments to natural vision improvement. Learning some breathing techniques and doing breathing exercises a few minutes each day will provide so much good to your overall health and your vision.
