. Each set must be won by more than two points; some will go to 40 42 and beyond. Most professional volleyball players are incredibly tall, but this is not always the case. The setter and main passer are often smaller players because they do not need to have the extra height. Good Volleyball Players have the ability to jump very high in the air. This comes with many hours of practice, good quality shoes (like Asics Volleyball Shoes) and good technique. The full male height net is about 2 meters and 30 cm, so having the biggest jump possible makes a huge difference to how easily you can hit the ball over the net.
