No heavy lifting, no strenuous exercise and nothing vigorous. Take it easy, get moderate exercise and keep yourself moisturized. The scars won't disappear completely, but they'll get pretty darn hard to see after a few weeks.

Wait for your breast implants to drop into place and take it easy for a while. Massaging a little helps, but it's mostly a matter of waiting. In just a few weeks, you'll have the breasts you've always wanted. Wait a little longer and you can start wearing a regular bra and stop worrying about scars.
