The Eagles Nest. It is the restaurant that Warren invited Maureen to have a dinner salad for their first face to face meeting. The Nest was a very nice place for a first meeting, not a local coffee shop as so many choose. The Nest was a local favorite for yuppies really, or those that just wanted a place that was cozy and not overly classy. You could go in a suit or jeans, and get a wooded booth that made you feel it was so right every time. Warren arrived early, and since it was early spring, he went out to the patio that was not open but overlooked the parking lot where Maureen would likely arrive.

He watched the lot and noticed a woman that fit Maureen's description. She was unaware that he was viewing her as she exited her car, and like any woman that is meeting someone totally unknown to her other than through email and phone conversation. That look said to Warren she must be thinking will see what happens, this process is a necessary part of dating .

Maureen was a professor and the head of her department. Warren was in marketing and sales and a partner in a small company that manufactured fiberglass. Their professions were very different. I do Warren said, this is the third time you mentioned it, you should know also I am loving every minute too. This is a great start to knowing you. The stress that Warren had noticed in the face of the woman that exited the car was gone. Maureen was relaxed and becoming more beautiful by the moment. The joy in her face was transforming her look right in front of him. Women decide everything. They may think they don't, but in the end they do. A woman like Maureen surely does and Warren knew that. Warren walked Maureen to her car, and they kissed. The kiss said to Warren, there will be another date.
