Grown Ups is about 5 former high school basketball teammates who, with their families in tow, meet at a lake, after 30 years, in order to mourn the death of their former high school basketball coach. Once the gang and their families are together, they realize that they still have the same spark that they had when they were in high school. Having the group back together causes the friends to realize that they can still have fun in life, despite the fact that each of them are married and raising families. The film draws on this theme as the actors find themselves in several comedic situations while they try and relive their youth. Grown Ups features an allstar comedy cast, including Saturday Night Live alums David Spade, Adam Sandler, and Rob Schneider. The movie also stars comedy heavyweights Chris Rock and Kevin James. The film also costars Salma Hayek (After the Sunset and Frida), Tim Meadows (Semi-Pro and The Office), and Steve Buscemi (30 Rock and I Think I Love My Wife). Grown Ups is directed by Dennis Dugan, who also directed I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry and You Don't Mess with the Zohan. The film is written by Adam Sandler (who also wrote Little Nicky and Big Daddy) and Fred Wolf (Joe Dirt and Without a Paddle).

Grown Ups is distributed by Sony Entertainment and is produced by Happy Madison. It opens nationwide on Friday, June 25th and is not yet rated.
