The Doyles are on the case when they get the news of a friend of the family who has gone missing at sea. Christian's plans lead him right back into trouble, putting Jake in the position of having to rescue him once again.
episode synopsis:Jake Doyle and his father Malachy run a private detective agency in St. John's, Newfoundland. Their cases include them in all possible links, not all in the right side of the law. To complicate things personally, Nikki, Jake soon to be ex-wife, she is just one of many women that Jake can not stay away from. Another complication is the sexy new cop in town, Leslie Bennett, with whom Jake has an on-plus off-again relationship. Malachy life should be taking place without his life-in love, Rose, home help or the office, but Rose has secrets of her own it is required.
Malachy's granddaughter, Tinny, also lives at home, and his teenage wreck havoc on everyone rebellion, but it also shows surprisingly useful to inquiries. To complete the crew of Courtenay, a local tagger, which began as a thorn in the side of Jake, but ends up being a valuable aid in the industry.
