There are many ways to boost your diet, but who would think of drinking water can help you to speed up your weight loss tempo? Scientist proved that people who drink 2 glass of water before eating a meal can lose weight faster, than people who just eat their meal without liquid. Scientist had set up a group of volunteers and split them into two groups. All of the volunteers were overweight woman between 55 and 75 years of age. For the first group they determined a low calorie and low fat diet. The second group did the same diet, but they had to drink 2 glass of water before every meal. After 12 weeks, the group that didn't drink any water before their meal had lost 11 pounds, but the other group lost 15 pounds! That is almost 30% difference!
Scientist assumed, that those who drink water before their meal, will eat 10% less food. The question was, that these appetite loss is only temporary, or it will hold on longer. After 12 weeks of diet, it has been proven that this appetite change, holds out until the full duration of the diet and helped to burn the fat faster.
The results:
The second part of the experience was to clear out, that this fat loss is permanent or just temporary. After the volunteers finished the diet, scientists had continued to measure the weight of the two groups.
