I attended a party just last week and found out something of utmost importance in my life. A few friends were talking and because we were all goal-grabbers and professionals, we had one thing in common. We went after our own dreams and most of our dreams consisted of owning a house.

Luckily, they came to my rescue and educated me on the different structural solutions and the best waterproofing methods we can use. They quickly set up what was needed and had it good to go a couple of days later.
I consider my house to be one of my most prized possessions with its price, it definitely should be. The thought of it being destroyed due to pure neglect is something I simply can't take. With waterproofing techniques in place, I can go back to sleeping soundly knowing everything is kept safe and unharmed.
