Ways To Reach Nagpur To Hyderabad

Hyderabad is well connected with Nagpur by air, rail and road. Arilines like Kingfisher, Jet Airways, SpiceJet and JetLite have regular flights from Nagpur to Hyderabad. The flights take less than an hour to reach the destination from Nagpur.

There are three daily direct trains from Nagpur to Hyderabad. They are Andhra Pradesh Express No.12724, Patna-Secunderabad Express No.12792 and Dakshin Superfast Express No.12722. There are some trains which run on certain days of the week. They are (with the days of operation in brackets) Karnataka Sampark Kranti Express No.12650 (except on Wednesdays, Fridays), Andhra Pradesh Sampark Kranti Express No.12708 (Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays), Nizamuddin-Bangalore Express No.12430 (Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays), Nizamuddin-Bangalore Express No.22694 (Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays) and Jaipur-Mysore Express No.12976 (Tuesdays, Thursdays).


Dakshin Superfast is a night train leaving Nagpur at 5.45 in the evening and reaching Hyderabad at five in the next morning. Karnataka Sampark Kranti Express is also a night train, which reaches the destination at seven in the morning. The trains take nine hours to 11 hours to travel from Nagpur to Hyderabad.

Travel by road route is also popular. Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation and Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, besides private travel agencies operate regular bus services from Nagpur to Hyderabad. The bus fare ranges from Rs.350 to Rs.560 depending on the type of vehicle. The bus takes nine hours to travel the distance,

On the other hand, taxis charge a rate ranging from Rs.12 to Rs.28 per kilometre. The taxis take more than eight hours to reach the destination from Nagpur. The road route passes through (with the distance from Nagpur in kilometres in brackets) Hingaghat (77), Adilabad (194), Nirmal (273), Kamareddy (374), Masiapet (427) and Hyderabad (481).
