People have a natural tendency to loose respect for someone who resorts to begging. Even if you do manage to get your ex back with these tactics, rest assured the dynamics of the relationship will not be favourable. The more likely outcome of this behaviour is that you push your ex further way
DON'T #2 Play mind games
Manipulation does not encourage an ex to come back for the long term. No body likes to feel manipulated!! It might result in the occasional answered phone call, but with each game you are loosing their respect and they are drifting further way.
DON'T #3 Continuously apologize
You may be feeling for your behaviour whilst you were together or for your actions that have contributed to the break up. It seems only natural to apologise right? Wrong, we all know the saying actions speak louder than words' apply this.

It's true straight after a break up you the last thing you want to do is socialise. The temptation is to isolate yourself and wallow in your own self pity. Although you may be finding some comfort in this approach, you can never expect to get your ex back in this state. You're ex didn't fall in love with you in a state of self-pity, so self-pity is not going to get them back.

It's an emotional rollercoaster and at times the frustration of the circumstance will get to you and you'll want to let off some steam. This will only make things worse as in anger we all say things we later regret. Avoid this at all costs
