TVI Express, are based in London, UK.
Their life began in January 2009 and there have been some outstanding income claims made by representatives involved in this company which is why I was intrigued and took at look at it. I spent a good hour or so looking through their opportunity presentation website but one question kept nagging me...'What product am I selling if I join up?' It's never a good thing when this happens as you begin to think you have stumbled upon a pyramid scam of some description.
TVI Express,
After some further research I was still none the wiser, I even spoke to some TVI reps and they didn't seem to have any definite answers other than you are awarded a 6 night hotel voucher when you pay your $250 to join up
My biggest issue with this company is that they are not clear on what it is that they are actually selling.
How does anyone make any money with TVI Express?
By bringing in other people into this system is how you earn money. TVI has what is called a rotating matrix pay plan. When you get started, you will begin your journey on the Travel Board and will 'cycle' your way up to the top of the matrix at which point you will be 'pushed' out to the next level and be paid $500. After this you are then upgraded to what they call the 'express board', you will then repeat this process and 'cycle' your way up to the top and when you exit receive a commission payment of $10,000. $250 will get you into the scheme and you won't have to make any further payments. To reach the qualification level to get your commissions you need to bring in just two new people.
But how by bringing in just 2 people at $250 each is the company able to dish out such large payments? It's because of the massive volume of signups happening right now from folks hoping to become rich overnight and paying in their $250 and for the time that this is going on, there will be a constant shifting of the matrix as people are pushed to the top and pop out with ten thousand bucks. The company says that once you pop out at the top you will re-enter the matrix again and earn another $10k.
All of these matrix type systems have a limited life. Because there is no actual product being sold then once there are no new members coming in the cycle will stop and no one gets 'paid'. Because standard companies that operate on an MLM business model sell tangible products, people still profit after saturation occurs.
So is TVI a rip off?
In these situations I always ask myself, does the product offered benefit the consumer. Also I think about if the product would sell on its own if there wasn't the enticement of an MLM comp plan attached to it. TVI does not satisfy either of these requirements.
Should you sign up?
Anyone looking at the pay plan would be impressed. It would be wise not to try and get anyone who values your opinion to join. You will probably blow your credibility. I have seen comments that indicate payments are not necessarily cash, but instead you get vouchers, which can be redeemed for holiday and travel arrangements.
